18 U.S.C. § 2257

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on Adult Forum Movies were at least 18 years of age at the time the depiction was produced.

The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for depictions produced by the operator are kept by the custodian of records named below. Content not produced by the operator is exempt from those record-keeping duties to the extent provided by law.
